Your 12 years limited warranty protects you from the day you purchase your sleep set, and continues according to the "Warranty Schedule" found on your warranty card. In the event that we repair or replace your sleep set, this warranty continues your protection from the original date of purchase.

HOW CAN I GET MY MATTRESS COVERED BY WARRANTY?
Warranty card must be sent together with Copy of Original Bill of sale to identify the bedding and validate warranty. Copy of original bill of sale is needed to determine original date of purchase.

Contact your original Fibrelux dealer. If your original Fibrelux dealer is no longer in business or you have moved outside the service area, please contact the Coco Industry Sdn. Bhd. Customer copy of warranty of sale is needed for warranty.

质保内容涵盖什么?
如果您购买了法柏麗®床垫,并使用合适,牢固,且平整的的法柏麗®床架,本质保涵盖您的法柏麗®床垫或法柏麗®床架在加工过程失误或材料缺陷。修复或更换不会延长或更新质保期,Fibrelux(法柏麗®)只承认原始购买日期。此有限保修仅提供给原始购买者。


WHAT IS COVERED?

If you purchased a Fibrelux mattress and use it with a proper firm and flat foundation, this warranty covers manufacturing defects in your Fibrelux mattress or foundation. Replacement of one piece does not automatically result in the replacement of the other piece. This limited warranty is provided only to the original purchaser.


质保期有多长?

如果您仅提供质保卡,而没有原始商店收据或发票等购买证明,质保期将遵循我们的出厂或生产日期记录。修复或更换,不会延长或更新质保期。


HOW LONG IS THE COVERAGE PERIOD?
The warranty coverage runs from the original date of purchase or manufacturing date on our record (if warranty card was sent without copy of original bill). Repair or replacement of the mattress or foundation does not extend its limited warranty or begin a new limited warranty period.

Fibrelux(法柏麗®) 如何提供质保服务?

WHAT WILL FIBRELUX DO?

If your Fibrelux mattress or foundation fails due to a manufacturing defect, the exclusive remedy under this warranty will be repair or replacement of the defective product in Malaysia, China, Singapore or Brunei.
Fibrelux reserves the right to substitute comparable materials or models and does not guarantee that the replacement will match the existing piece.
什么情况被排除在质保外?
WHAT IS EXCLUDED UNDER THIS WARRANTY?

本质保服务不包括以下各项内容:

• 个人对床垫软硬程度的喜好。

• 床垫绵层正常压缩,压缩少于38mm(约1.5寸)。

**压缩的测量方法:将直边物体(如码尺)横跨在压缩区域,确保此区域不受任何外力,用直尺测量此区域的深度,然后用相机拍下来测量后的尺寸。

• 床的高度。

• 床垫的表面布料。

• 产品被涂污、燃烧、染色、人为损害或保养不当,包括坐在床缘上、折叠、扭曲床垫或在床垫上跳跃等。

• 床垫因选用承托力欠佳的床架(如网底床架,网格大于50*50mm ,金属骨架间距大于440*910mm )、「排骨」床架),或床架尺码不符而引致的损耗。

• 零售店里出售的标有“样品出售,概不退换”,“折价出售”等标签的产品。

• 电动按摩床。

• 对于天眠系列产品,洗涤不当对床垫造成的损害(包括断枝和变色);床垫套微量缩水(只要能套在床垫上并能拉紧拉锁)

• 与质保服务相关的运输、检查及搬运费用。

• 床垫边缘手挽。部分床垫两旁装有调整床垫位置用途的手挽。手挽设计不能负重,切勿以手挽搬运或翻调床垫。

• 销售地区以外的质保申请。(如产品在销售地区以外使用。)

• 没有在14天之内完成网上登记或质保卡没有连同发票副本寄回

• 如产品有人为污染,由于对健康和安全有影响,本公司有权不对此产品检查或评估这些产品,是否属于保修范围之内。在这种情况下,法柏麗®保留拒绝保修权。

This warranty does not apply to:
• Firmness preference of the product
• Normal body impression(s) of 1.5 inch or less than 3.5cm**

** If your concerns are body impressions, place a straight edge (like a yardstick or broom handle) across the area. Using a ruler, measure the depth of the depressed area, without applying any pressure, and then photograph the measurements. Please be sure to measure in the middle of the quilted area, not the stitching.

• Bed height
• Mattress cover (fabric)
• Burns, stains or soil
• Mattress damage due to an inappropriate foundation. A mattress is designed for full performance when used in conjunction with a matching foundation as part of a total sleep set.
• Merchandise sold “as-is”, “distressed” or “floor model”
• Adjustable foundations

• Mattress or foundation damage due to abuse.

• For NatureRest models, damage due to improper washing (including snags and discoloration)
• For NatureRest models, shrinkage, so long as top can still be zipped on
• Transportation, inspection, or removal costs of product

• Mattress handle. Partial mattress both sides fitted with mattress handle for the purpose of adjusting the mattress position. Handle design may not able to bear total weight, do not use handle transportation or turn the mattress.

• Warranty claim outside of purchasing country/region. (Such as product use outside the purchasing country/region)

• Did not complete the online registration or failed to send us your mattress warranty card, together with the copy of the invoice within 14 days of purchase.
• Fibrelux product that has a manufacturing defect and is stained or soiled. For health and safety reasons, Fibrelux may not be able to inspect these products to assess whether covered by the warranty, in which case, Fibrelux reserves the right to deny warranty coverage.

Calculation of charges for repair or replacement after no charge period

For example: Warranty Code W2, replacement charge to will be charged from 3rd to 12th years, (divide current retail price by 10, then multiply by the number of years, round to the nearest whole year ) since 2nd year of purchase.

Do's and Don'ts of Bedding Care:

做:

· 定期翻转您的床垫,(建议每3个月翻转一次,免翻转型号并不包括在内)将延长床垫的使用寿命舒适感和支撑性。新床垫在使用后有身体压痕属正常现象,表明床垫同您的身体曲线相贴合,能提供给您舒适的承托力。每次翻转床垫后,您都会惊讶的发现,像睡在了新床垫上一样。

· 收到床垫后,请尽快拆除塑料包装,让床垫呼吸新鲜空气,并保持室内通风。

· 搬运床垫时,请保持床垫在同一水平面上。这样会方便搬运,并降低损坏床垫的机率。

· 请保持您的床垫清洁。我们建议使用保护垫,特别是儿童床垫。

· 购买新床垫时,请同时更换旧的床架。旧的床架可能已无法提供足够的支撑,使您的新床垫可能出现下陷。

· 如果是双人床,请使用一个具有中央支撑的床架。使用正确的支撑床架,将确保您享受有效的质保。

Do:

· DO turn your mattress occasionally (every 3 months, non-turn models are excluded) to prolong the comfort and support life. Body indentations are a normal occurrence in your new mattress and indicate that the upholstery layers are conforming to your body’s individual contours. You’ll be pleasantly surprised with that “New Mattress Feeling” every time you turn your mattress.

· DO give your new sleep set time to “air” upon removal from its plastic packaging. Dispose of all plastic packaging as soon as possible.

· DO carry your mattress flat on its side. It’s easier to handle and you’ll be less likely to damage the mattress.

· DO keep your bedding clean. We suggest using a mattress protector, especially if children use the bed.

· DO replace the old foundation when purchasing a new mattress. An old foundation may not provide sufficient support. It may appear that your new mattress is sagging when it is really the foundation, which supports the entire mattress.

· DO use an appropriate frame and center support for queen-and king-size sets. Using the right support frame will ensure your warranty remains in effect.

Don’t:

· DON’T PLACE YOUR MATTRESS NEAR OPEN FLAME OR EXPOSE TO FIRE. THIS MATTRESS IS NOT FLAME- OR FIREPROOF, AND CAN IGNITE AND/OR BURN IF EXPOSED TO OPEN FLAME OR FIRE. WHEN IGNITED, SOME BEDDING MATERIAL CAN BURN RAPIDLY AND EMIT SMOKE AND HAZARDOUS GASES.

· DON’T smoke in bed. This may cost fire hazard.

· DON’T let anyone stand or jump on your mattress. It was not built for that kind of weight concentration or abuse.

· DON’T allow your mattress to get wet because some upholstery materials may compress. Protect it from water or other liquids.

· DON’T place a board between your mattress and foundation. Your sleep set is designed specifically to provide you with proper support, and the foundation plays an important role.

· DON’T bend your mattress under any circumstances. Such treatment may damage the inner coir unit. Flex rather than bend the mattress when going through doorways, and don’t bend the corners when putting on fitted sheets.

· DON’T remove the serial tag label at the end of your mattress. This serves as a means of identification to establish your warranty rights.

· DON’T use dry cleaning fluid of any type on your mattress. These chemicals will damage some of the construction materials.

Extending the Comfort and Support Life of Your Sleep Set:

Although it is not necessary to flip your new mattress to take advantage of the warranty, we recommend that you do so on a regular basis. This mattress has many layers of upholstery padding to increase its comfort and support performance. Body indentations can be a normal occurrence in your new mattress, and indicate that the upholstery layers are conforming to your body’s individual contours. To help minimize body impressions, and to add to your enjoyment with that new bed feel year after year, turn your mattress occasionally throughout the life of your sleep set. For your convenience, we’ve illustrated the best method.

请勿尝试独自翻转床垫。这可能会导致您受伤或损坏您的床垫。翻转您的床垫不是必选项,但会延长您床垫的支撑力和睡眠的舒适度。

PLEASE DO NOT ATTEMPT TO TURN YOUR MATTRESS BY YOURSELF. This may cause personal injury or damage to your mattress. Flipping your bed is optional, but will prolong the support and comfort life of your Fibrelux sleep set.

Warranty Recourse:  

We make every effort to be sure we manufacture our Fibrelux sleep sets with only the finest natural materials available. If, however, you do discover a defect in your new mattress or foundation, simply contact the retail store where you purchased your sleep set. If you can’t reach the store, or if you’ve moved, all you need to do is write directly to us at the address printed on the warranty card of your new sleep set.

If a defect that is covered occurs during warranty period (which is described in the waranty schedule), Fibrelux will repair or replace (at our option) the defective mattress and/or foundation within a reasonable period of time.

In order for this limited warranty to be valid, you must:

1. Be the original consumer purchaser, and have purchased the sleep set from one of our authorized dealers in the Japan, Malaysia, Singapore, China or Brunei;

2. Provide a copy of the original store receipt, or other proof of date, place of purchase and purchase price;

3. Provide the picture of actual serial number label from the defective product.

If identical materials are not available at the time of product service, Fibrelux reserves the right to substitute material of equal or higher value. You’ll be responsible for the price different of the higher value material, the transportation costs of the product to and from the store or factory, as applicable.

Fibrelux reserves the right to refuse service and invalidate this warranty when, upon inspection, the sleep set is found to be in an unsanitary condition, or when the product failure is due to causes other than defective workmanship or materials. Please refer to the “Do’s and Don’ts of Bedding Care” section of this brochure for proper sleep set care.

Exclusive Remedy/Other Limitations:

ANY AND ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES ON THIS PRODUCT, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, SHALL NOT EXCEED IN DURATION THE TERM OF THIS LIMITED WARRANTY WHICH BEGINS WITH THE DATE OF PURCHASE BY THE CONSUMER. THE SERVICE TERMS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY SHALL BE THE CONSUMER’S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDY IN THE EVENT OF PRODUCT FAILURE DURING THE WARRANTY PERIOD. FIBRELUX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THIS PRODUCT, OR FOR BREACH OF THIS OR ANY OTHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY. Fibrelux does not warrant that this product is suitable for any person’s medical condition. Fibrelux makes no warranty beyond what is contained in the writing.
